On 7 January 2020 Tele2 Nederland B.V. merged with T-Mobile Netherlands B.V. Tele2 Nederland B.V.
As a result of this merger Tele2 Nederland B.V. ceased to exist. As a result of this merger, the claim of Tele2 Nederland B.V. has been transferred to T-Mobile Netherlands B.V. From that moment on, T-Mobile Netherlands B.V. is the so-called owner of this claim. Since the merger, Tele2 has become a trade name of
T-Mobile Netherlands B.V.
